Where Do I Get My Chestnut Rewards Card?
There are no physical cards for Chestnut Market Rewards.
How Do I Use Chestnut Rewards?
All you need is your phone or the phone number you used to join. Let your cashier know you are a Member. Then you can either scan your Member barcode in Chestnut Market app or enter your phone number in the pin pad. Example: 845-555-5555. Your phone number is considered your ALT ID.
How Do I Save on Fuel?
Members save 3 Cents Per Gallon, every-day, up to 20 gallons. This discount is valid once per day.
How Do I Earn Points?
Members earn points on all eligible purchases. Earn 40 points for every $1 spent on merchandise* and 10 points for every gallon of fuel.
*Points can not be earned on Cigarettes, Lottery, Money Orders, Gift Cards, or other Services.

How Do I Spend Points?
Redeem points in the app or on the website for free items. View the Chestnut Market Rewards catalog and then select the item of your choice. The appropriate points will be immediately deducted from your account.
If I Select a Reward by Mistake, Can I Get My Points Back?
Once points are spent, it can not be undone. Choose wisely!
How Do I Redeem Rewards?
Visit any participating Chestnut Market location and grab the item you chose. When you check out, let the cashier know you are a Member to scan your app or enter your ALT ID. Your item will discount to $0.00. If you are purchasing additional items during your visit, you will not see the discount for your free reward until after the payment method is selected.
Will My Points and Rewards Expire?
Points never expire for active Chestnut Market Rewards Members. You must complete at least 1 transaction every 365 days to be considered an active Member. After 366 days of inactivity, all points will expire. Once you select a reward, you have 30 days to redeem the reward in-store before it expires.
Can I Claim Missing Points if I Forgot to Use Rewards?
Chestnut Market is unable to add missing points to your account. Make sure to identify yourself as a Member during every transaction to avoid the risk of missing points.
