1. Sponsor
The Chestnut Rewards Knicks Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Chestnut
Petroleum Distribution dba Chestnut Market (“Chestnut Market” and/or “Sponsor”). New
York Knicks, LLC (the “New York Knicks”) is not a sponsor of this sweepstakes nor is it
affiliated with Sponsor. Woodbolt Distribution, LLC dba Nutrabolt (“Nutrabolt”) is not a
sponsor of this sweepstakes nor is it affiliated with Sponsor. The “New York Knicks” and
“C4®” names, logos, and/or materials are used for the purpose of promotion and/or
prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship of
this sweepstakes.
The name, mark, and logo of the New York Knicks are registered trademarks of New
York Knicks, LLC. The C4® name, mark, and logo are registered trademarks of
Nutrabolt. For purposes of clarity, neither the New York Knicks nor Nutrabolt is a
sponsor of this Sweepstakes, nor are they responsible for administration of the
Sweepstakes, the collection of the entries or the conduction of the drawing.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, and
Connecticut who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are registered
members of the Chestnut Rewards Program. Employees, officers, and directors of
Chestnut Market, the New York Knicks, Nutrabolt, their affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse,
parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not
eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and
local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on March 4th, 2025 and ends
at 11:59 PM ET on March 31st, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or
after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
A. Purchase Entry:
During the Entry Period, members of the Chestnut Rewards Program who purchase two
(2) C4 energy drinks in a single transaction at any Chestnut Market location in NY, NJ,

or CT will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants must
use their Chestnut Rewards account at the time of purchase for the entry to be valid.
B. No Purchase Necessary Entry:
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to [email protected] with
the subject line “Knicks Giveaway.” In the body of the email, include your full name,
complete mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and a statement
confirming that you are a resident of NY, NJ, or CT. Each email entry must be received
during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per email address.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the New York Knicks
basketball game on April 11, 2025. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is
$1,200. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole
discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or
about April 1st, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via
email or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within
48 hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If a potential winner does not
respond within the stated timeframe or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may
be selected. Fulfilment of the prize will be the responsibility of Nutrabolt.
7. General Conditions
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
the Sponsor, which are final.
The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and
publicity release, except where prohibited by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor and Nutrabolt to use their
name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation,
except where prohibited by law.
8. State-Specific Legal Notices
New York & New Jersey: The winner may be required to submit a W-9 form and may
receive an IRS Form 1099 for tax purposes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable state laws.
Draft
Connecticut: The Sweepstakes is conducted in accordance with CT state regulations.
The Sponsor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all necessary state laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor, New York Knicks, Nutrabolt and their affiliates are not responsible for any
technical failures, human error, or unauthorized intervention that may affect the
Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, New York
Knicks, and Nutrabolt from any claims related to participation in the Sweepstakes.
